MJBinski: Looks like the hiding spot is severely overgrown now. People are having a hard time locating the cache and I'm not sure the cache is even there anymore. Time to say bye-bye. Hopefully, another cache will be placed here inside the park.

Geocache Description:

Paengseong W.L. Park

Paengseong W.L. Park has plenty of activities available to include a soccer field, a tennis court, volleyball/badmitten courts, a children's playground, and a walking/running track.  As of early 2013, this park is still unbeknownst to most of the Camp Humphreys Community.  This park is perfect for a family or company picnic.  A large parking lot is available as well as bathroom facilities.  Paengseong W.L. Park is just a stones throw away (.2 to .3 miles) from "Honghaksa Monument" (GC2EAC8 Premium Member Cache).  The cache is a medium-sized tupperware container big enough for trackables and trade items.  Please post pictures from your visit, but do your best to avoid spoilers.  Happy (safe) caching and always remember CITO (Cache In Trash Out). Due to which way you attempt to find this cache, terrain could prove a little difficult but easier for some. A few cachers suggested an increase in difficulty and terrain and I have changed it to a 2.5/2.5.
