Nice ride on a back road. Easy P&G off the road. You can pull in right after the cemetery wall. Parking for one.
This poor cemetery. It's very neglected and I can only find 2 headstones. I found poor Horace all alone here so I figured he might get some visitors this way. But he's not alone I just can't find the others.
This cemetery is located 15 feet west of Vaughn Hollow Road at telephone pole #14. It is 50 ft x 50 ft, in poor condition, and enclosed with a stone wall. The historic cemetery sign is missing. There are 15 burials with three inscribed stones. James N. Arnold visited this lot on 7 Aug. 1905 and noted, “On road leading from Rice City to Foster line, beside road, a lot walled, yard neglected, overrun with brush”.
