Lookie here brothers, I have had it up to here with these silly humans. Tonight I heard through the slime vine, that another one of us was taken to those crazy bingo parlors.
Seriously when did we become the a good luck piece for this game. Oh yeah I remember, its when they decided to make us all cute with the crazy colored high rise of a hairdo.
Well I say its time we turn the tables. We need to get these humans to do our bidding for a couple of hours...but how...
What if we use some magic to make these poor folk do our bidding. Nah, thats been done before, remember the pet rock. Ha, we actually had people PAYING for a rock!
I got it, bet if we tell them we are holding a get together for this geocaching thing, we might be able to pull a few in. Yeah, that might just work! Lets see....
Hey everyone welcome to the kickoff event of the summer. Come join your fellow caching friends from all around as we will be getting together for an afternoon of caching adventure and fun.
WHOs INVITED
Well everyone of course. Tell your friends, neighbors and that stranger on the corner of the street. Spread the word, cause as they say the more the merrier!!
WHAT IS NEEDED
This event will require a team effort. Whats makes up a team well let me tell you. A team consists of as many people as you can fit into one car: driver, navigator, runners, spotters, jokester. You get the idea, but you all have to fit into one car. You will also need to come up with a team name. Please post your team and team name in your Will Attend log.
If you are having a hard time finding others to team up with, you need to still show up, we can always find some friendly cachers to hook you up with!
Secondly, you will of course need your high tech gadgets and low tech gadgets, like a GPSr, a smart phone with a bar code scanning app, some extra batteries, paper, pencils, compass, and anything else that will help get you through the day.
