Fritz and Kev were out in the cold, icy rain to grab a FTF...and decided to repay that cacher's kindness by hiding another quick park & grab.
This is a very simple cache for a quick find even on a bad weather day. When you get to ground zero you will immediately know that you are dealing with an LPC...with a very large skirt. The trick is that this skirt doesn't want to slide up very easy making the grab just a little tight. If you are lucky and pick the correct side of the square, you will be able to reach this one from your car window. Good luck...it is a 1-in-4 chance. Most importantly use stealth on this one because as you will notice you will be right out in the open with lots of traffic on all sides of you. Bring your own pen and put the container back exactly as you found it. Have fun!
