Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates.  Rather, you must determine the final coordinates by utilizing some basic sleuthing and math skills.  No actual pole dancing is necessary.

Park near the list coordinates and you will find some numbers. 
The cache is at the following coordinates:
N 47 08.X+412 W 122 26.Y-431

It is up to you to figure out what X and Y are.  When you see the numbers it might be confusing at first, but if you stop to think about it, it is pretty obvious.  Don't overthink it!  It's not one of "those" caches.
