Geocache Description:

A large bison tube near the Woonasquatucket River Greenway (bike path). You will need to be adventurous to conquer this one. Not for the timid or clumsy or frail. Cache name is tip of the hat to one of my favorite Simon & Garfunkel songs, but don't take it too literally – OK, maybe just a little ...

       Kudos to Adventurist1 for FTF,
      Anonymike7 for a very close STF, &
beehall for TFT, all within hours of publication!
It seemed unfair – over 2 dozen caches in the SoCal part of St. Hart's 'Hood and just 1 in PVD, even tho I spend many days in RI every year? So, #2 is launched about a quarter mile from St. Hart's PVD 'Hood #1, near AdultDaughter1 (Erika's) neighborhood. Muggles may cruise by (or stare from industrial parking over the river to the east), so always beware.

Starts out with Pete the Puffer Fish TB who swam with me all the way from the owner (RobinsNest's) cache in SoCal to her home state; a Livestrong bracelet; and a Sacagawea "gold" dollar for FTF. Bring your own writing utensil, just in case.

Nearest parking is either on the east side of the river near 588 Manton St. and the little Manton Gateway park with spur down to the greenway; or on King Phillip St./Hedley Ave. in the neighborhood north of the golf course on west side of the river and spur down from Hedley. For info about this neat Woonasquatucket River Greenway (bike path), visit the "Related Web Page" — click on the map there for the complete picture including access points.

Terrain-wise, you can make your approach to the cache either very difficult or pretty moderate depending on the strategy and route you use to get there. Cache is supposed to be hidden behind and slightly above the tether's attachment point. Please try to return it there and out of sight.
