TigreToot: I had no choice but to remove the cache container and archive. It's completely fenced off and the gate now has a lock and chain. Sadly, I can't find a suitable location on the other side of the intersection.
I want to thank everyone who came out to find this. It provided a lot of fun for people over the many years it was active. Sigh, it will be missed.
