YC Beacon 344 Traditional Cache

When the wind blows from the NW, the aircraft approaching the Calgary International Airport will be coming in to land on runway 28. This cache will take you right beneath their approach path, to the Final Approach Fix, 4.2 nautical miles from the threshold of runway 28. The Calgary Non-Directional Beacon (frequency 344, ID YC -.-- -.-.) is the tower you will see at this location.
This is my first hide and I chose to make it aviation related in celebration of getting my Airline Transport Pilot's License. Maybe I will fly over your head while you're caching! The contanier is a bison tube and it is an easy drive up cache. You will need to bring your own pencil. I hope you enjoy, please put back as found.
