grrbears: While out scouting new places to place caches, we thought we'd do some maintenance visits on some of our existing caches. This whole area is in the midst of being fenced off in preparation of new construction. We managed to squirrel our way through to our cache site and found that the rocks our cache was hidden amongst has been covered over with sand and is impossible to find now. We tried to dig around so we wouldn't leave any geo-litter but couldn't rescue the container. The entire area looks to be under construction soon so will have to archive rather than find a new hide.
