Geocache Description:


The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Solve the puzzle to determine the actual cache location. For more information on the Frederick Trail of Puzzles series, visit the Intro cache.

To complete the final task you will need to use all the skills you have learned on your journey so far. To begin, read these instructions.

Do some more background research, then use familiar techniques to riddle out a couple intersections on a road well traveled.

For both digits, get the corresponding initial from the long, long name, then append the soulful interval, and change the code.

Combine both results into a shocking four-letter word (don't worry, it's family-friendly).

Time for a little arithmetic. Use a=1, b=2, etc., to turn the letters into four values, ABCD. Subtract A from B. Append the result to C, and also add the result to C, then multiply those two results together. Finally, multiply that by D to get a five-digit number.

Almost there. Go that many places past the decimal in your big, big list. The next five digits are what you seek. (The second digit in both of those five-digit numbers should be the same, and the final three digits should have a similarity.) If it feels like you are only halfway there, you might consider doing the whole thing over again, though I expect you will get the same result.
