Square Root Has Escaped! Mystery Cache

The Sheriff and Police Chief need your help! Square Root, a notorious Eastern Shore burglar, has escaped from the Old Town Jail. He has been spotted several times around Chincoteague Island. Try to locate him and his cache. Please monitor Junior Deputies and bloodhounds for safety at all times.
Each site where Square Root was spotted has a blue Town sign with a picture of a lighthouse and pony like the sign in front of the Old Town Jail. A clue from the words on each sign is provided to help you decode the final coordinate numbers where Square Root's cache is hidden.
