The title is a line from a favorite TV show we watch, "Everybody Loves Raymond". In this particular episode, Ray's wife, Deborah, accidentally throws away a letter from Muhammed Ali to Ray. Ray's mother finds out about it and takes the heat for Deborah, and claims she threw it out. While Ray is complaining to his mother for throwing out the letter, the mother starts to cry. As she is crying, Ray says "it's at the dump, Ma, it's at the dump!"
