We decided to place this "smegular" size cache here just because it seemed like a good idea. This is located alongside a frequently traveled route from the bus stop located a 90th and Ravenna. No need to leave the pavelment to reach cache. Contents include unregistered travelor for FTF.
We have lived here in the past and with few caches in the area it just seemed like a "good idea" to place a cache here. The immediate homeowners are aware of this placement. From the parking coordinates you will proceed down the staircase to the dead end part of 90th. If you attempt to approach by car from Ravenna, the dead end will leave you arising the interests of neighbors. Foot traffic is common here due to the bus stop and approaching on foot from above will get less attention from muggles.
The level 3 for terrain is due to the staircase and rather steep roadway that brings you to the cache. In icy conditions this could be tricky.
Do not go onto adjacent properties. The cache can be accessed from the street.
