You are looking for an ammo can. Please watch out for all the poison oak on the trail. We counted 39 wet stream crossings while hiking this trail.
This is the larger of two dams in Devil's Canyon. Rumor has it that at the base of the dam there is a portal to hell. The dam was larger at one time but has been falling into the portal. As I went to place this cache the Portal tried to eat my hiking stick and a jacket. I warn you to stay away from the dam or walk on it at your own risk. Cache placement will not require you to walk on the dam. Enjoy the cache and the sites along the way.
