Cache?Please!: Sadly, the council are in the process of fencing off the tree as it's in 'poor health' so, in time, the cache site will become inaccessible. I'm sad to be archiving this as this old tree really does need a cache! I'll create a replacement cache elsewhere in the park soon.

Geocache Description:

This is my second cache in my short series around Cassiobury Park.

The coordinates should take you to one of Cassiobury Park's most famous landmarks, so I thought it deserved a geocache! 'The Africa Tree' as it is commonly referred to, is such an odd occurance in Cassiobury Park as it seems to have just popped up out of nowhere, no other trees in the park are like it!

This is a hotspot for many people in all months of the year will have to be careful when retrieving it. 
You are looking for a black film canister a few metres from the tree. There's no FTF prize, only pride!
