Geocache Description:

I have a caching buddy named monnster76.  This fellow happens to live nearby the published coordinates of one of the most difficult mystery caches in the state of Georgia.  When we started geocaching at nearly the same time, he sent me the GC code of that puzzle, and to this day I can't make heads nor tails of it.  I've stayed up late, looking for a hint, reading and re-reading, scratching the folds of the grey matter of my brane trying to solve it, and nothing... for three years.

So in his dubious honor, I've created a puzzle that hopefully will send him a-scratchin' too. 

The cache is not at the published coordinates. Handicap accessible, around the clock access. Happy hunting.
