Geocache Description:

The fourth micro in this series is hidden at the site of a town memorial honoring those brave men and women from the town of Waterford who left to fight in her nation's wars. Please be respectful of this place.

Take a look around and enjoy the view. As with all memorials, a nice thing to do as a cacher is to CITO and keep the memorial clean. A word to the wise, it's a tough find just because of the muggle factor... it's a busy street and you're relatively out in the open.

You're GPS should guide your eyes to the center of the shrine. Congrats to Dr. Evil on the FTF
