Geocache Description:

2012 saw the 50th anniversary of Ian Flemings first James Bond film - Dr No and the launch of the latest in a string of 23 Bond movies - Skyfall.

Pussy Galore was a fictional character in the Goldfinger film, played by Honor Blackman.  The reason for bringing you to this cache is to introduce you to Maine Coon cats.

The cache is overseen by a house full of Maine Coon cats - one of the largest breeds of cat in the world.  If you are lucky you may meet one - or maybe more.  Have a look in the front window nearest to the village - do say hello as they love attention. They are actually more like dogs than cats and love nothing better than to play around in a bowl of water and can be taught to "fetch". As a bonus you can discover the "Meet the cats" trackable on their window.

The cache was placed in memory of Vivien Watt who, in the 1960's, won a beauty competition to become "Miss James Bond". A zany fabulously unique and colourful lady - they really did break the mould when Viv was born!

Although this looks like a cache and dash there is NO PARKING at the cache site. Please park in Beckford village - this will also allow you to find Beckford Box (GC36EHF) and Nature's Playground (GC40XTF).

The cache has been placed with the permission of the owner.

It has been given a high difficulty rating as stealth will be required and is frankly, quite difficult! Note: the cache is NOT blue. You will need a pen.  Please replace exactly as you found it. Congratulations FTF goes to Wrighty!
