Bauta i Elsterparken som hedrer forstmester Johannes Schiøtz for sin innsats for Bymarka

Elsterparken er et område i Ilabergan som ligger nedenfor Fagerlia.  Parken er oppkalt etter forstmannen og forfatteren Kristian Mandrup Elster (1841-81).  Han var assistent for forstmester Johannes Schiøtz fra 1873 og frem til sin død.  Elster la ned et stort arbeid med beplantningen av Ilabergan.
