Shilfa: Hate to archive any of the ones in this series but the area is now inaccessible. We went to perform maintenance yesterday and a large, nay HUGE, fence has been erected at the water treatment plant preventing access into the area. The only other access point is blocked by several No Trespassing signs. I would hate to keep it active and be the cause of someone getting into trouble.
