On May 8, 2013 Dr. Evil placed CT's 7000th active cache, All Hails No Joesdolphins! MS#7000. Please join us at Day Pond State Park in Colchester to celebrate this milestone in CT caching history!
Where: Day Pond State Park Shelter or picnic area
When: Saturday, June 29th. 10 AM to 2 PM
Family-friendly, potluck lunch: Noon
Rain date: Sunday, June 30th, same time.
Day Pond Park features the Salmon River Trail. The area offers hiking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, picnicking, letterboxing and horseback riding. Unless you have a season pass or park outside of the gate, an entry fee is charged per vehicle. While in the area be sure to check out nearby Comstock Covered Bridge and Salmon River State Forest. Come and enjoy the adventure!
