We've not got the Blarney Stone here, but we do have the Cape Rock. Get yourselves round to the Cape to join your fellow geocachers in celebratin' the wearin' o' the green! But, keep a keen eye out for the wee folk who will also be after the treasures ye seek!
It's time for SEMOGEO Meet-Up #2! We came up with some really good ideas at our first meeting, and now we get to try some of them out!
We'll meet at 5 pm, and the party room is reserved for us. The food is amazing, and it is family friendly. The listed coordinates are for parking, so just follow the leprechauns inside when you arrive!
The Mission Statement Committee has some great ideas to present, and there is a proposed logo to consider, plus the Milestone Committee has some celebrating in store!
There will be some new caches in both Cape and Jackson, so come early for The President and The Leprechaun (GC462D4), spend the day caching, and join us for a healthy serving of both Blarney and Beef when the sun goes down!
If you will be celebrating a Milestone (reaching multiples of hundreds or thousands of cache finds/reaching multiples of 100 or 1000 cache hides/qualifying for one of the amazing challenge caches), please be sure to let us know! OR, if you know of someone who will be reaching a Milestone, but is too shy to tell, please be sure to let us know! The Milestone Committee doesn't have any "precedents" set in stone as yet, but we don't want to miss anyone's achievements along the way!

In addition, two of our guests at the meeting, LFrank & DenMother, will be celebrating the 5th anniversary of their first geocache find on the day of our meeting! Congrtulations to the LFranks!! So glad you couldl share this special day with us!
After the Milestone Recognitions take place, we will pass an ammo can for donations towards ammo cans and swag for upcoming Milestone Recognitions.
If you would like to participate in a raffle, please bring a raffle item to donate. There will be one raffle ticket per raffle item donated. If you think you don't have anything to donate, please remember, one cacher's trash is another cacher's treasure.
