Geocache Description:

Located at a nice quiet spot to sit and wait for trains.

This cache is a a reasonably quick drive by not to far from the main road (does require approx 100m on gravel tho)

This spot is a wonderful place to train spot, easpecially during the winter months when the steam train is running to the coast. It is also a lovely spot for a rail themed photo shoot.

This west coast line is a busy section of track as it links the west coast coal mines to Lyttleton port. Trains carry upto 30 carriages of coal at a time past this point heading to the port, then usually off to China.

The siding here is used by the local milk factory.

This cache is very easy to find just mind the trains!

You are looking for a 200ml sistema container that contains a log book, pencils, sharpener and several stickers (mostly trains) Please try and keep swaps small, and also of the train type if possible. If you have kids there and no swaps, please feel free to take a sticker as I will find more.

This has been placed due to my childs interest in trains (and my own)

Happy hunting.
