Warbler's Roost Traditional Cache
Geocaching HQ Admin: The City of Gilbert Municipal Code prohibits the placement of geocaches within Riparian Preserve property and city management has requested that all geocache placements inside the preserve boundary be removed. One of Geocaching.com's fundamental guidelines is that we comply with local laws and documented land management policies, so we are archiving this geocache at their request. We ask that the cache owner please remove the container as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The Riparian Preserve in Gilbert provides a great opportunity for bird watching. Close to 200 bird species have been sighted. As I set the location for the cache I stood and watched patiently for the first bird to appear. First Bird; Wilson's Warbler. Here at Warbler’s Roost you’ll notice many objects that have been created in the park to assist the birds in their endeavors to roost, nest and rest.
Wilson's Warbler is easily identified by its yellow underparts and black cap. It picks insects from foliage and twigs, hovers to pick prey from leaves, and flycatches. Arizona is in its migration path.
Cache placed with the kind permission of the Gilbert Parks & Recreation Department. BYOP
Please put this container back in the hide where you found it so others may enjoy it. Thank you!
