Built in 1940, Larks Park is home to the Hays Larks, a semi pro summer league team and the Fort Hays State University Tiger Baseball team. The actual stadium has a seating capacity of 1200 but attendance at special “Pack the Park” nights will often bring in around 1800 fans that fill in around the perimeter of the ball field. Larks Park is considered a historic venue and is one of the oldest baseball facilities in the state of Kansas.
