This is a nice park with a fitness trail including many stations to do exercises. The park also has a nice playground area and places you can picnic and grill food.
If you desire, take the trail and try out the fitness stations as you go. The cache is a small lock-n-lock container containing some swag and a TB for FTF. There is a metal piece of equipment nearby and if you know what it is, please post what it is since I have no clue.
