As the 2013 NRL Season commences this weekend, this series of caches represents the teams currently in the NRL.
Over the years, teams have come, teams have gone (and come again) and teams have ceased to exist. Who will win this year……who will pick up the wooden spoon? Who will actually be here in 5, 10 and 25 years? I have no idea…….so I guess we just need to watch to see what happens…….
This cache is number 3 and is for Cronulla Sutherland, and part of their history is:

If you follow the series in numeric sequence, the total distance is approx 5.5klms. Completing it this way, you will be on formed fire trails all the way, with the only time you need to venture of the trail is to find the caches themselves. On a few occasions you will need to head back along the same trail for a short distance to an intersection to continue your walk/ride.
The caches are located between 5 and 30 metres off the trail. After the last cache in the series (#16) you will find yourself almost back at the first cache......and then only 300 metres from the parking co-ords.
You can certainly take a bike, and if you do, I would think you could complete the loop in about 90 minutes. If you’re walking, allow yourself about 3 hours from car to car. And of course……..
