This is the same water from my first cache. This area does not have many pedestrians, but cars keep coming around. Sometimes the police like to hide in the center part because it is so tempting to use this part of the street as a raceway. Parking is not allowed on this corner, so you will have to park a block or so away and walk to it.
The park is open from sunrise to sunset. During the summer, the park requires proof of residency on the weekends. If you are not from Nassau County, you will have to pay a fee, but there is a way around it. I believe they don't check if you walk in. So I suggest you park nearby, there are plenty of houses to park in front of, and walk.
You do not need to enter the park to find the cache.
