As you mention, this is basically a new cache. So the best way to go about this would be to archive the old one, and then publish a new cache at the same location (you can copy the existing cache page). Your local reviewer will also be able to assist you with this.

Geocache Description:

A nice break when biking or walking the Pinellas Trail.

Arg....redo. Since this geocache constantly ends up missing, we have totally redone. It is now a bit of a puzzle geocache. YOU WILL NEED THE HINT! Small park area with chairs and picnic tables provide a nice break when doing the Pinellas Trail. Lots of treats for kids. Unless you are an electrician this might not look like your typical cache. This geocache was placed at this location with the permission of the business owner. If you go inside, please say hi and let them know you found the geocache! By the way, Nancy is a great chef!!! Please make sure the cache is locked back up!
