Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center

Geocache Description:

A quick magnetic roadside cache in a beautiful part of the Cathkin Valley.

This magnetic, 35mm film type canister is a quick find for anyone visiting the Cathkin Valley of the Central Drakensberg of KZN.

There are many tourist attractions and various types of accommodation around this picturesque part of the Drakensberg. The main attraction to this area is the uKahlamba Drakensberg Park, a World Heritage Site approximately 243 000 hectares in size with an average mountain height of about 3000m. There are endless possibilities for hiking in this area from short day hikes to challenging overnight tenting or caving adventures.
