Geocache Description:

 

 

You'll find this river ranger near the Scuppernong River just east of Pettigrew State Park.   Notice the aerial maps--not a single house on the river.
 
Area is prone to flooding-- check the water line on the Cypress trees by the boat ramp-- cache should be below this line. Bring a tool. You should be able to see it through the holes in the cache host.
