Geocache Description:

This Cache is located in Peoples Forest, which is across the river from American Legion state forest. There is a small museum that is open from mid may to mid October. Dogs are allowed.

This cache is in a micro container wrapped in red duct tape. It has very few trinkets and not much room for more. There may be a little room for a small item or two. It is a short walk from the parking lot off East River Road. During the summer season, there can be a small fee to park in the this lot weekends though, and closes at sunset . When the Greenwoods Road gate to peoples forest is open you can drive right up to the museum. *Had to move this a cache about 5 feet from its original location as they filled the hole in the foundation of the Stone Museum. They were nice enough to leave it under some rocks in front of its original location but it was too obvious as to where it was. I HAVE LEARNED THAT SEARCHERS ARE TRAMPLING THE FLOWER BED AT THE SIDE OF THE MUSEUM. THE CACHE IS NOT IN THE FLOWER BED OR IN ANY OF THE FLOWERS.
