Geocache Description:

On a clear day you can see South Point and the ocean. Welcome to our little piece of Hawaii. This cache is on private property, but you have our permission (the owners) to geocache here. The property where the cache is located is mostly level, undeveloped lava flow (pahoehoe), so shoes are a must. Help us keep an eye on our property, please email cache owners if you see any problems or anything unusual. Happy hunting.

This is a traditional small to medium size geocache, initially containing both a travel bug and a trackable geocoin. Bring swag for trade. Park on the street in front of the property. You will know you are near the right place when you find a deep ravine next to the road - stay away from ravine, it is not stable. Easy hike straight back from the street into the property. Notice the cool large collapsed lava tube snaking its' way into the property.

Small note on cache maintenance: We're here regularly, but if we're not when maintenance is needed SuzQ2 will assist.
