TRIBUTE CACHE - SB_Cachepants
(To the tune of Spongebob Squarepants Theme Song) Who lives in a geocache under a tree? SB_Cachepants! Adorable, cunning, and gorgeous is she? SB_Cachepants! If FTF's and tree climbing be something you wish, then grab your GPS and a hicking stick! Are you ready? SB_Cachepants, SB_Cachepants, SB_Cachepants!... SB_CACHEPANTS!! This cache is dedicated to a wonderful woman who has brought so fun and enjoyment to my life over the last 2 years. She is funny, sweet, and an amazing geocacher! My journey with geocaching started just after we met. I have had the privilage to introduce her to the sport and see many milestones with her along the way. In fact, some of our greatest memories together usually have something to do with geocaching. It has given us both a pastime that we enjoy, can spend time together doing, and even be a little competitive about. Every day our addiction for geocaching and one another grows by leaps and bounds. Welcome to Lake Shelbyville
In striving to make each MOGA better than the last, staff members have hidden over 250 permanent caches around Lake Shelbyville. This cache will fall into 1 of the 5 different groups of caches hidden around the lake.
- Knights of Cachelot - 48 caches named after Knights of the Round Table. They will range from a terrain of 2 to 4.
- Kingdom of Cachelot - 55 caches named after some of the people, places, and things of Camelot. They will range from a terrain of 1.5 to 5.
- Spamalot - 50 caches named after Monty Python's Spamalot. They will range from a terrain of 1.5 to 2.
- Tribute Caches - 30 Tribute caches. They will range from a terrain of 1.5 to 2.5.
- WMA Caches - 10 caches hidden in the Fish and Wildlife Management Areas. They will range from a terrain of 1.5 to 2.5.
This cache is placed on property owned and managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District. A special thanks to to the staff at Lake Shelbyville office.
