Geocache Description:

This is the first in a series of caches I plan to hide this year in conjunction with the annual series of orienteering events organised in the Milton Keynes Parks.

Remember to collect the code from each cache in the series in order to find the bonus cache at the end of the series!

The Keyne-O orienteering event taking place on Sunday 17th March 2013 10am - 12pm is at Howe Park Wood - starting at the car park on the other side of the H7 Chaffron Way.

I thought that a few Geocachers may be interested in having a go at a different sort of navigation for a bit of fun!The Keyne-O orienteering events are open to anyone and are run by the South Midlands Orienteering Club. They are great for beginners and more experienced orienteerers who fancy a good run around. There are 3 different courses "amble" ~ 3km - controls are all easy to find, "trot" ~ 5km - controls may be a bit more challenging and the "run"~ 7km - controls are again a bit more challenging.

This is the 1st in a series of caches around the Milton Keynes parks in line with the 2013 Keyne-O events.
