This should be an quick park and grab for most. This is your typical cache with a twist, so make sure to "check all sides". This cache is located in a parking lot of a small business center, so beware of the muggle activity, there will be foot traffic depending on the time of day, after 5pm will have less foot traffic, although you can go for it anytime.
The cache name is "MILIEU" if you take in the surroundings you should see "The Milieu Center", this amazing place is where I work. The definition of Milieu is "A Person's Social Environment". This center is a day program for those with mental disabilities, where we practice "Milieu Therapy" which is "A type of inpatient or outpatient therapy, used in psychiatric programs, involving prescription of particular activities and social interactions according to a patients's emotional and interpersonal needs". This program was started by an amazing woman Heather Kinsey, a retired professor from Sacramento State, and Dr. Carl Hsu are the owners of The Milieu Center. Ten years ago they had a dream. In 2007, they made their dream a reality. ****PLEASE NOTE**** This Cache container and location is TEMPORARY. The cache location will still be in the same parking lot, however the cache container will soon be MUCH bigger. We are giving the client (and staff of course) a chance to get their items together to but in the bigger cache, so you may want to save this to your watch list!!!
