This should be a very simple nano park and grab.
I have to admit I am not typically thrilled with caches of this nature. Recently though, I read this:
"When you go to hide a geocache, think of the reason you are bringing people to that spot. If the only reason is for the geocache, then find a better spot."
The restaurant that belongs to the parking lot where this cache is placed is genuinely one of my favorite places in this area.
