Geocache Description:

#8 Cooper Mansion

This mansion is one of the earliest houses built in this once highly restricted residential neighborhood developed by N.H. Martin and W.B. Hamilton.  It originally consisted of eight miles of tree lined brick streets, underground wiring, and irrigated parks and gardens.  The houses in this area are known for their quality and grandeur and variety of architectual styles.  This reflected the original owners' lifestyles based on the discovery and production of oil in the area.  This home was built in the 1930s and is Neo-Classical Style.
Congratulations to ????? for FTF!!!!!
