Skunktracker: Due to continued issues with Homeless/drug addicts in this spot day and night, I no longer feel it is a safe location to maintain a cache in good conscience.
Also, as the cache is constantly being "relocated" by both Cachers and non-cachers, people are constantly unable to locate it where it should be. Add to that that the "Cache Police" keep disabling the cache with rude notes about it being unfair for me to be "Holding this location from use by other cache owners..." and "Lack of maintenance..." due to people being unable to find it even when it is in it's proper location and my Cache Notes/Logs stating it is there and fine, I am done with this one!
Note to "Community Volunteer Reviewers"...Just because people can not find the thing, doesn't mean it is not there, nor does it indicate a Cache Owner is not maintaining the cache!
