Geocache Description:

#12 Indian Heights

This home sits at 2106 Hawaitha and is the Style :  Italian Renaissance.  The intent of the buisnessman invloved with platting the Indian Heights Subdivision was to create an area of exclusive homes.  This was accomplished by enforcing deed restrictions to permit only one residence per lot, with each house to include at least six rooms, and for the cost of each house to be greater than $8,500 (large amount of money for that time period).  No apartment houses, stores or filling stations were permitted on these lots. The competition from the Country Club Addition and the depression slowed house production in the 1930s. It soon picked up again after World War II.
Congratulations to Kelgorthorn for FTF!!!!!
