A group of cachers have gathered together to place caches along The Hertfordshire Way; a 194 mile circular route along public rights-of-way within the County of Hertfordshire. Rather than caches at every 0.1 mile we have tried to put together interesting hides with cool Bonus Caches.
Leg 3 stretches from Willian to Codicote for 11.8 miles. As you walk the path collect the information you need to find the Bonus Cache at waypoints along the route. We advise that you bring sturdy boots for very muddy terrain and a high visibility vest with you because a couple of short sections require walking along the road.

Cache Details
This cache is close to a road. Even though it does not appear very busy, please be careful and pay attention to potential traffic hazards.
The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates, but here you will find everything you need to locate and retrieve it - it's not far away. You may have a clue already, but any more now would spoil the surprise!
Please return all elements of the cache to their original locations for the next visitor before moving on.
To the Next Cache
Follow the Hertfordshire Way sign into the next field and across it. This stretch was extremely wet and muddy when the cache was set, so wellies are a must. After crossing the field and rounding a copse you arrive at a larger wooded area.
