Geocache Description:

The Millerboro Cemetery is in Antelope County.  The Millerboro settlement was 2 miles north of here in Knox County, but it no longer exists.  There are a little over 100 burials here and occasionally a new one is added.  Please be respectful.

The Millerboro Cemetery was started in 1881 near the Presbyterian Church two miles south of the settlement and post office called Millerboro. Capt. Jacob Miller, along with a colony of about 50 soldiers came to Knox County to settle in 1873 to take advantage of the "bounty lands" benefits offered to the men in the military when the government didn't have enough funds to pay the soldiers..
