A cache named after a local explorer scout group.
This cache is part of a set of caches named after local explorer scouts groups.
Explorer scouts are for young people between the ages of 14 and 18. The idea for explorers came about in the 1990's and was introduced in 2001/2002 replacing venture scouts. Explorers follow on from normal scouting and although they aren't offically linked with specfic scout groups, most groups are linked as they would share the same HQ.
From here you have great views of Lancing Chapel and the River Adur. Watch out for the barbed wire fence!
