Durward’s Glen is a peaceful retreat nestled in the Baraboo Hills, dedicated to preserving its natural beauty and history. Prentice Creek winds through sandstone narrows, old-growth pines and hardwoods, including a 350 year old white oak. True to its motto, Durward’s Glen offers “the peace that you seek” in a stunning natural setting.
The trails are open daily from dawn to dusk, free to explore, and the main loop is an easy hike for families. Dogs are welcome on leash.
Logging Requirement: In the 1800s when the Durward family came to this land, Charles Durward carved "something" into the rock wall at the entrance to the glen. To get credit for finding the cache, message me the answer to what is carved on the rock located at the above coordinates. Do not put the answer in your log.
