A 5 STAR DIFFICULTY LEVEL RIGHT SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF NYC?! YEP!

This cache is arrogant! This cache is egotistical! And like the title says; THIS CACHE IS COCKY! But what does that have to do with the image above? Could Team Washayaballs be that immature that they are referring to another kind of cocky?!....... (hehe, we said cocky.) :P

A quick park and grab in Chelsea Park in NYC.

As always, please be conscious of muggles in this highly populated park while retrieving and returning the cache to it's hiding spot!
