You can enter the trail from either waypoint. The building is where a friend of mine works and helped me to scout out the location. The doctor may be watching you. The cache is appropriate for TB's. Without trying to give out to much information, it's off the trail and near some trees. Be careful as it can get slippery when wet. Please rehide with natural cammo.
