Geocache Description:


The sound you are probably hearing is the trains braking as they go into the yard.  I live just a couple blocks from here and we and our neighbors have numerous wind chimes on our houses so the chimes mix with the brake noise & make an eerie song…
 
Even a couple blocks from here, we can’t hear the braking all the time – just when things are quiet in the early morning or later at night.  The noise from the streets and the freeway block out the brake noise most of the day – it just gives you an idea of how noisy our modern life is even when we don’t notice it.
