Geocache Description:

The caches is small, but capable of holding some swag, a pencil and a twoonie for the FTF, along with my trackable.  This is a Muggle Rich Enviroment so wait it out - sit quiet, listen to the waves, and watch out for muggles and ghosts.

I have been working my way along the shore of Lake Ontario thru the course of this winter and have immensely enjoyed it.  I also have a new trackable that I wish to set upon its journey.  Therefore, since new caches have popped up in Niagara-on-the-Lake, I thought I would come north, grab them, and also plant a cache here, containing my trackable, to ‘jumpstart’ his travels.
Newark is the original name of this quaint little village, and it has had a very interesting history.  The caches in the area, particularly the ‘Ghosts Of 1812’ and ‘Butler’ series’, do a far better job than I ever could of exploring, explaining, and invigorating the past of this little town that has seen so much.  I just wanted to bring you to harbour and let you see what I have been enjoying all winter.
