Geocache Description:

This picnic area was once a bustling place as it was a great rest stop for travellers travelling along the Princes Highway between Melbourne and East Gippsland. Since the Freeway now bypasses this area, this park is often devoid of people and so is peaceful and quiet. It is a great place to stop, unwind with a picnic beside the river and let the kids play on the playground.

This cache is a waterproof camo cylinder with log inside.Please do not enter the private property and there is no need to go down the embankment.
