MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU!!

A flash mob is a large group of people who assemble rapidly in a public place, perform an act for a brief determied period of time, then disperse immediately. This flash mob will be occurring at the same time all around the world! The event will last for EXACTLY 15 MINUTES! Those attending a WWFM event will receive a special WWFM souvenier, provided by Geocaching.com!
This year's theme is, "May the 4th be with you!" It is not required that you dress up or bring props to support the theme, but it is highly encouraged! Feel free to dress as your favorite Star Wars character or play up the number 4! Do whatever you wish, as long as it is not offensive to anyone.
To log your attendance, we are asking that you bring with you a completed 3x5 index card with the following information on it:
- the date
- the event ("WWFM X" is just fine)
- your geocaching name(s)
- how many people are in your party (this is very important to get an accurate count!!)
- any comments that you would like to write about your experience
Feel free to make them creative... add color, stickers, stamps, etc. to make your index card your own! Please just make sure they are legible. We will add pictures after the event so you can see everyone's cards! Again, please make sure you include all the information above on your index card! Blank index cards will be available at the shelter near Main Street prior to the event.
Tentative Itinerary:
12:45pm - Arrive in Akron, NY and muggle around.
12:55pm - Make your way towards Russell Park.
1:00pm - A whistle will be blown and all are to gather immediately under the gazebo.
1:01pm - Locate the ammo can towards the rear of the gazebo and drop your index card in.
1:05pm - Mingle, geo-chat and enjoy yourselves!
1:10pm - Group photos!
1:15pm - Disperse quickly and go caching around town!
